Purchases of IOPO Professional Development courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where any technical error might occur on the course site we will endeavor to solve the issue as quickly as possible and where within our means to do so.

Sharing or copying of coupons or discount code links is strictly prohibited. Special member offers are for the sole use of IOPO members alone. Any persons found to be sharing or copying links in any form will have their IOPO membership revoked and be blocked from any enrolled courses in the training room.
